Monte Carlo: semi-finals

Hi! Not that it comes as a big shock to anyone-and I’m not saying this in a sarcastic tone- but Rafa is into the semis once again. Oddly enough he had to get thru his quarterfinal against Dimitrov in three sets. The Mallorcan won 6-2, 2-6, 6-4. I’ll admit I couldn’t watch it because of the timezone differences. It seems like he got  a lil vulnerable in the second set. The match report wrote that he was having trouble with timing and unforced errors. He’ll face Tsonga next, whom will have some sort of home court advantage. I think Tsonga is a very good player, but he’s more of a threat to Rafa on hard courts. Even if Saturday’s semi-final will take three sets, I still see Rafa to come out on top.Monte Carlo Tennis MasterFurthermore, Verdasco/Marrero are into their first semis of a masters! They will face Benneteau/Zimonjic. They’ve come so far, and how amazing it would be for them to make it to the finals! 🙂

Will post again after semi-finals! Take it easy. 🙂
